Ghoulish Book Festival was launched by Lori Michelle and Max Booth III (pictured above) in the spring of 2022 as an annual celebration of everything spooky. Michelle and Booth are also the co-founders of the horror small press Ghoulish Books, the GHOULISH podcast, and probably 666 other things with the word “ghoulish” involved.
The festival occurs every spring in downtown San Antonio, TX.
